Singles Targeted Eviction Prevention (STEP) is dedicated to preventing eviction for singles and couples without children. The Eligibility Portal is currently closed. Due to funding considerations we do not have a date for re-opening at this time. Please check this website for details on future openings.

We assist individuals and couples with no children who are at less than 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) and are at risk of imminent homelessness. This includes those with past-due rent and a pending eviction notice. Take our survey to determine if you qualify.

Complete the questionnaire during the twice monthly application window to determine if you are eligible for Singles Targeted Eviction Prevention.

Funding amount available per applicant depends on the individual’s situation.
