“Seeing these situations is incredibly difficult,” she shared. “But it also drives us to do everything we can to help them regain a sense of security.”

“I genuinely love what I do,” she said. “My coworkers have become my family away from home.”

Upon arriving at her home, they discovered a dire situation: the woman had fallen and was unable to get up, her cries for help echoing through the home.
“We immediately called fire rescue,” Talesha recounted. “It’s chilling to think—one more day without assistance, and who knows what the outcome might have been?”
“Seeing these situations is incredibly difficult,” she shared. “But it also drives us to do everything we can to help them regain a sense of security.”
