If you own a home in Spokane County and heat with a wood burning stove or insert that is at least 20 years old, or non-EPA certified, you may qualify for a free upgrade to a new wood, pellet, or gas stove, or a ductless heat pump. State funding is available to pre-qualified homeowners based on federal income guidelines.
