

Hello Neighbors,
We wish to inform you that we will re-open for rental assistance applications on August 9, 2023, at 9 a.m. We will accept limited applications as funding permits. If you do get an application in it does not guarantee approval. Please read through the eligibility requirements to apply and if your household meets ALL of them move forward with the application process.
REQUIREMENTS
- You currently reside in Spokane County excluding the city limits.
- Household is at or below 80% Area Median Income. Not sure if you are within income guidelines please check our table HERE
- Your household has a missed or partially missed rent or a utility payment since March 2020.
- Your household has a financial hardship. A financial hardship is how your household has qualified for unemployment benefits, experienced a reduction in income, incurred significant costs, or experienced other financial hardship directly or indirectly to COVID-19, that have threatened your household’s ability to pay the cost of the rental property when due.
- Your household has not received 12 or more months of rental assistance previously.
If you’re eligible SNAP may be able to help with up to 12 months of rental or utility assistance.
WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY
- Names and birthdates of all household members.
- Income for all household members over the age of 18.
- Lease and ledger if available.
- Your most recent utility bill.
