At this stage, we are reviewing applications submitted through January 20th. Please know that we are working our best to provide you the support you deserve.

At this point, you should have received an email confirming your submission. This would have happened almost immediately after you submitted your application. This is your receipt that we have your application available to process.

If we have any issues with your application that we need to clarify, you will receive a phone call from us.

If we have no issues with your application, the next communication you receive from us will be a postcard with the grant amount your application was approved for. This will go to both the tenant and the landlord.

Because our teams are hard at work processing these files, we do not have a large capacity to answer questions about specific applications. However, if you submitted an application prior to January 20th and have not had any communications with us, please reach out to us right away.
