We began accepting applications on March 24th. In those following weeks, we have worked with several clients who had errors or incomplete applications, and that process has slowed down the normal time it takes for us to review applications and deliver payment. At this stage, we are reviewing applications submitted from June 24 – July 11. Please know that we are working our best to provide you the support you deserve.

At this point, you should have received an email confirming your submission. This would have happened almost immediately after you submitted your application. This is your receipt that we have your application available to process.

If we have any issues with your application that we need to clarify, you will receive a phone call from us.

If we have no issues with your application, the next communication you receive from us will be a postcard with the grant amount your application was approved for. This will go to both the tenant and the landlord.

Because our teams are hard at work processing these files, we do not have a large capacity to answer questions about specific applications. However, if you submitted an application prior to June 21st and have not had any communications with us, please reach out to us right away.
