Landlord Eviction Prevention Assistance Form

SNAP’s Eviction Prevention Program helps eligible Spokane County tenants who are behind on rent avoid eviction and remain stably housed. This form is for landlords with tenants who meet the following criteria:

• Behind on rent
• Reside in Spokane County
• Are part of a household with no minor children

Please note:

Tenants will also need to complete their portion of the application. Completing this form does not guarantee assistance or enrollment in the program.
