Provided energy assistance to 11,170 households
Weatherized 191 homes for energy efficiency
Provided rental assistance to 1,991 households
Partnered with Spokane County, U-Help, and utility companies to serve 10,469 households with past-due utilities bills
Provided 1,460 rides to and from health care facilities
Engaged people in 12,431 educational opportunities
Engaged 767 people in workshops to improve financial literacy
Educated 332 people in business development
Helped first-time homebuyers purchase 133 homes
Saved 133 homes from foreclosure Helped create or retain 41 jobs
Helped start or expand 59 small businesses
Fulfilled our mission with 4,754 hours of volunteer service
Provided 92 businesses with technical support to stay open during the COVID-19 pandemic
Made 437 visits to long-term care facilities in five counties to advocate for seniors and residents living with disabilities
