Please know: We had funding for one program, Eviction Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) that covers the residents who live within the limits of the City of Spokane. We knew the need would be immense, and we regret to inform you that our waitlist is full for this variety of rental assistance.

For our neighbors who live in Spokane County (but not the city), we still have options available through Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA).

Thank you to our partners; your commitment to our community makes it possible for us to complete our mission. Below, you will be able to access a number of materials to help you serve our neighbors. Click on any item within the table of contents to jump to the section of your choosing.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You can view the FAQs for our rental assistance opportunities by clicking below. Be advised: ERAP is incredibly limited, and we expect to very quickly administer our available funding. This is the only program SNAP currently administers for City of Spokane residents. Residents of the Greater Spokane County will likely face greater success in applying for ERA.
