SNAP staff will determine your initial eligibility over the phone or in person.
If you are eligible and funds are available, we may schedule for an appointment for you.
If you are not eligible or funds are no longer available, we will refer you to an appropriate resource.
Eligibility is based on 125% of the federal poverty guidelines of the total household income with consideration given to other household expenses when determnining eligibility.
Households are eligible for this program once a year (for the purposes of this program, the year starts Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30).
