Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Live in Spokane County
- Be at or below 200% of federal poverty guidelines
- Be able to read and comprehend class assignments
- Be able to participate in class discussions
Ideal applicants will have a goal of achieving self-sufficiency, and believe that higher education by attending college might be in their best interests.
