Eligibility, Requirements, and Disclosures for all loans:

• Participants must be at or below 80% of the Spokane County Median Household Income (link to something)
• Money Management Classes and Coaching (money management)
  
• Participants must become a member in good standing with the lending credit union
  
• Loans may not be used to refinance an existing loan with the lending credit union
  
• All applications will be reviewed by the ACCESS Loan Committee before being submitted to the lending credit union
  
• Loan amounts, interest rates, and terms are not guaranteed until final approval of the lending credit union
  
• All checks will be made directly to merchandise or service providers
