Requirements:

The business owner must reside in Spokane County
The business must create jobs and utilize “green” or sustainable business practices

Sustainable business practices can include –

Energy efficiency
Waste reduction and management
Water conservation
Pollution prevention
Green building techniques
Renewable energy applications
Other material or practices that reduce the environmental impact of operating the business over the long term
