To apply for our Minor Home Repair program you need to contact one of SNAP's area offices based on your zip code. Find your zip code in the chart below and contact the office listed next to it. After receipt of your pre-application -- and if you are eligible -- we will send you a letter requesting further information.
This program does not assist with cosmetic work.
TIME FRAME: Minor home repairs may take one day to two months for completion. Wheelchair ramps may take up to six weeks. Priority is given to requests from the elderly, handicapped, chronically or terminally ill, and those families with small children.
