SNAP's Home Run program assists low-income households in obtaining and maintaining permanent housing. The program is a partnership between the individual, a housing coach, and the future or current landlord. The coach works closely with the individual on a housing stability plan and assists in obtaining and maintaining permanent housing.

Services:  The housing coach will assist the individual in the following:

• Searching for housing appropriate for individual households
• Meeting with potential landlords
• Providing resource referrals
• Assisting in barrier assessment and removal.

Participants may be eligible for a 4:1 matched savings with a $400 cap that can be used for eligible housing expenses like deposit, 1st months rent, etc.

Requirements: 

• Complete the Renter's Rights and Responsibilities Class
• Complete the Finding a Home Class
• Complete SNAP's Neighborhood Assets Money Management Class
