SNAP Rental Application

The mission of SNAP’s Property Management division is to provide housing for low-income and vulnerable individuals within Spokane County. The department professionally administers SNAP’s affordable housing programs, manages and maintains over 200 units of SNAP-owned rental property, and manages over 100 additional units serving persons in need of shelter or transitional living facilities. The department markets available rental units through internet-based, newspaper and other advertising media.
