Eligibility
- All residents of Spokane County are welcome to host or attend Energy Conservation and Living Green classes/events.
- Weatherization Home Assessments are conducted for participants of SNAP’s Weatherization Program (Link to Single Family Weatherization).
- Individuals who meet these income guidelines:
- at or below 50% of Spokane County median income (please see http://www.huduser.org/datasets/il.html)
- or at or below 125% of the federal poverty level (see http://www.liheapwa.org/Info/eligibilityguidelines.htm)
will receive conservation and/or home repair supplies. Depending on availability, supplies may include:
- a reusable canvas bag
- compact fluorescent light bulbs
- shrink-to-fit window plastic
- rope caulk
- water-saving aerator and showerhead
- outlet gaskets
- vdoor sweeps
- refrigerator coil brush
- toolkit
- glazing compound
- drywall mud
