Eligibility

  • All residents of Spokane County are welcome to host or attend Energy Conservation and Living Green classes/events.
  • Weatherization Home Assessments are conducted for participants of SNAP’s Weatherization Program (Link to Single Family Weatherization).
  • Individuals who meet these income guidelines:
    • at or below 50% of Spokane County median income (please see http://www.huduser.org/datasets/il.html)
    • or at or below 125% of the federal poverty level (see http://www.liheapwa.org/Info/eligibilityguidelines.htm)

will receive conservation and/or home repair supplies. Depending on availability, supplies may include:

  • a reusable canvas bag
  • compact fluorescent light bulbs
  • shrink-to-fit window plastic
  • rope caulk
  • water-saving aerator and showerhead
  • outlet gaskets
  • vdoor sweeps
  • refrigerator coil brush
  • toolkit
  • glazing compound
  • drywall mud
